I’m a certified ADHD coach (AACC, Addca associate certified coach). My background is in tech, where I've noticed a high percentage of neurodiverse individuals.

I'm also in my fifth year of studying Transactional Analysis, which I find incredibly relevant for addressing ADHD challenges and I just love to use the combination of ADHD coaching knowledge and transactional analysis techniques.

I'm particularly keen to support individuals in the tech industry or those aspiring to enter it. My heartfelt passion lies in assisting those who have someone with ADHD in their lives, as understanding ADHD can greatly benefit everyone involved.
